About this recipe: I had bought some lamb steaks for dinner but had no idea what I was going to do with them. After lots of thought I decided to make a simple marinade and then roast in the oven with mozzarella on top. It was lovely; I served it with a bacon and rosemary potato rosti (check my othe recipes!) and savoy cabbage - it was a deliciously satisfying meal!
