Easy chocolate heaven cupcakes or cake
This is an easy chocolate cupcake or cake recipe, it can make a lotta cupcakes or just one big cake! For chocolate-holics out here!
Ingredients
Makes: 12 cupcakes
- 200g maragrine or butter, melted
- 200g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 to 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 200g self raising flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 75 to 100g chocolate drops

Ready in:25min
- Preheat oven to around 200 C / Gas 6.
- Mix butter and sugar together until fluffy and add eggs and vanilla essence.
- Fold in flour and mix well. Add the cocoa powder and then the choc drops.
Place in 12 cupcake cases and bake for about 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Allow to cool, decorate as desired (I usually use chocolate icing).
Tip
Try adding chocolate icing on top, hey put what ever you want in them. I put mini marshmallows in mine and peppermint oil it works trust me!!
