Elevate your favourite rice crispy squares to something truly decadent with the addition of toffee. Good luck just having one square!

Ingredients
Makes: 16 to 24 squares
- 110g (4 oz) margarine
- 110g (4 oz) slab creamy toffee, cut into pieces
- 110g (4 oz) marshmallows
- 100g (4 oz) crispy rice cereal, like Rice Krispies®
- glace cherries (optional)

- Grease a shallow Swiss roll tin.
- Combine the margarine, toffee and marshmallows in a large pan; stir over gentle heat until melted and well blended. Remove from the heat and fold in rice cereal; press into prepared tin. Decorate with cherries.
- Leave to set in a cool place; cut into squares.
