I had 7g of fresh mint so I added 3g dried mint, also I only had cider vinegar so used that. Whilst it was steeping for 20 minutes I added green food colouring. Everything else was the same. I had a taste of it before it went into the jars and it was yummy! - 01 Jan 2015
