Tuna fish pate

    An easy pate to whip up at the last minute! All you need is butter, a tin of tuna, an onion and a lemon. A splash of brandy will jazz it up even more!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 175g (6 oz) butter
    • 1 (185g) tin tuna, drained
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1/2 small onion, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons brandy

    Method

    1. Combine butter, tuna, lemon, onion and brandy in a blender; process until smooth. Turn into a dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
