About this recipe: A minimal input frugal dish, using store cupboard ingredients. I serve it with rice and vegetables cooked in chicken stock.
Please adjust spices and herbs according to taste, I have left it quite mild due to young kids but I will add more chilli flakes when I plate my own up.
