Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add garlic clove and cook until it has browned all over and released its flavour; remove. Add courgette and cook for a few minutes to soften. Stir in fresh parsley.
Add prawns and cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Pour in wine and add cherry tomatoes. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, season to taste. Toss with warm pasta and serve.
