Spiced rock cakes

    20 min

Fruit and spice and all things nice! These little buns don't have to look perfect which makes it a lot easier. They'll be eaten up in no time too.

Lovely basic recipe! I have made these a few times now and have tweaked the recipe to suit my family and our tastes...... In my version i use brown sugar rather than caster, and I occasionally add cherries! If using glacè cherries, quarter them and dust in flour before adding to the mix!  -  17 Feb 2018
