Tomato-free pizza style wraps

    This is a very easy snack, ideal for lunchtime. I cannot eat tomato and the items in this wrap remind me of eating pizza. It is that pizza flavour without tomato

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 3 to 4 slices Italian pepperoni
    • grated cheese of your choice, to taste
    • 1 tortilla wrap
    • pineapple pieces, to taste

    Method

    1. If you would like to remove some of the fat from the pepperoni, pop it on some kitchen roll and place it in the microwave for a few seconds until the fat is drawn out. Keeping an eye on it so it does not burn. Place pepperoni on wrap, then cover with grated cheese. I like to put a lot of strong cheese onto mine. Add a few pieces of pineapple.
    2. Wrap it up and place in the fridge overnight to give the flavours a chance to soak into each other. Eat it cold or place it on a panini press and eat warm.
