    About this recipe: This is a very quick and easy snack, ideal for lunchtime. I cannot eat tomato and the items in this wrap remind of eating pizza, ideal I think for anyone else that can't eat tomato for whatever reason.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 tortilla wrap
    • grated cheese of choice, to taste
    • 3 to 4 slices of pepperoni
    • pineapple

    Method

    1. Place pepperoni on wrap, then cover with grated cheese. I like to put a lot of strong cheese onto mine. Add a few pieces of pineapple. (I also like to put the pepperoni in the microwave for a little while to cook out some of the fat, pop it on some kitchen roll and keep an eye on it)
    2. Wrap the wrap up - I like to put mine in the fridge overnight to give the flavours a chance to soak into each other, Once cooked can be eaten hot or cold. I have a paninni machine that I put mine into to cook, works great. Lovely!
