Place pepperoni on wrap, then cover with grated cheese. I like to put a lot of strong cheese onto mine. Add a few pieces of pineapple. (I also like to put the pepperoni in the microwave for a little while to cook out some of the fat, pop it on some kitchen roll and keep an eye on it)
Wrap the wrap up - I like to put mine in the fridge overnight to give the flavours a chance to soak into each other, Once cooked can be eaten hot or cold. I have a paninni machine that I put mine into to cook, works great. Lovely!
