Potato wedges with salsa dip

    Crispy potato wedges served with a tomato salsa for dipping. You can try using sweet potatoes for a change!

    • 4 large baking potatoes, cut into wedges
    • 50ml Crisp 'n Dry cooking oil
    • sea salt
    • Salsa ingredients
    • 6 tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
    • 1 small bunch coriander

    1. Heat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Put the potatoes onto the baking tray, coat in Crisp 'n Dry cooking oil and bake for 20 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, mix the salsa ingredients together and chill.
    4. Drain the wedges onto kitchen paper.
    5. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve hot with the salsa.
