    Serves: 6 

    • 1kg Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and quartered
    • 100ml Crisp 'n Dry cooking oil
    • 2 teaspoons flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Heat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Put the Crisp 'n Dry cooking oil in a roasting tin and place in the oven to heat.
    3. Put the potatoes in a large pan and cover with water.
    4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and bring to the boil; cook for 5 minutes.
    5. Drain the potatoes and give a little shake. Coat in flour and then turn into the oil.
    6. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until very crispy.

    I put the potatoes, flour and a little salt into a small food bag (only cooking small portion) and shook to coat them. Very crispy, will use this method and recipe again. - 11 May 2014
