Peel and halve 400g potatoes.
Place in pan and cover in boiling water.
Boil rapidly for 15 minutes, or until soft.
Drain and mash with some salt and pepper and 50ml milk to a smooth consistency.
You can also bake these fish cakes. Simply drizzle with Crisp 'n Dry, place onto a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes at 200 C / Gas 6.

Tried this recipe tonight for my bf and myself. Neither of us are big fans of fishcakes in general but we both loved this recipe. We made big ones, served them with Reggae Reggae sauce and had a decent sized salad on the side. Would reccomend! - 28 Jun 2013
