Smoked salmon terrines

    These decadent smoked salmon terrines are made with smoked salmon, taramasalata and cream cheese. Perfectly creamy with a citrus kick, these terrines are the perfect start to a dinner party.

    • 170g (6 oz) smoked salmon
    • 170g (6 oz) taramasalata
    • 170g (6 oz) full fat cream cheese
    • 1 dash Tabasco┬«
    • juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 1 shake cayenne pepper
    • twists of lemon, for garnish

    1. Line 4 lightly oiled ramekins with some of the salmon.
    2. Chop the remaining salmon and mix with the other ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture in the ramekins and level the tops. Chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
    3. Turn out onto individual plates and decorate each with a twist of lemon.
