Nice and easy quick chunky salsa. Easy to prepare and can go with anything. You can also get creative and add your own additions.

- 3 medium vine tomatoes
- 2 medium red chillies
- 1 lime
- fresh coriander

- Chop tomatoes in half and empty out all the seeds (save some of the seeds for the end of prep). Roughly slice and dice the tomatoes and place into a bowl.
- Slice the chillies in half and scrape out the seeds (save some of the seeds also for the end of prep). Roughly slice and dice the chillies and place into a bowl with tomatoes and mix.
- Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the bowl and mix well.
- Grab a good handful of coriander and roughly chop (not too small though). Mix coriander with tomato and chilli and place in fridge prior to serving.
Tip
You can add onions to this dish for some extra flavour but I don't like onions so mine is without. Salt is also an option to taste but again iI don't like it so its just down to preference.
