About this recipe:
This salsa is a piquant delight to accompany fajitas, tacos or enchiladas. The fresh flavours zing in the mouth.
3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 serrano chillies, seeded and chopped
1 to 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
3 teaspoons lime juice, or to taste
2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander

- Combine all the ingredients together well in a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours to allow all the flavours to mature.
You can retain some seeds to increase the heat. Serrano chillies are medium to hot in flavour.
