These shortbread biscuits are studded with crystallised ginger and glace cherries. Nice to have in your Christmas biscuit selection.
I was really looking forward to making these, and then I noticed there is no mention of type and amount of sugar to use. If this could be updated I'd love to give these ones a go. Thanks. P.S. Well I made them with 100g Vanilla Caster Sugar and after giving them to friends and family to try have been told they are a resounding success.
