Easy peasy coconut macaroons

About this recipe: Dead easy and quick to make. Everytime I make these, they never last more than 1/2 hour!

Serves: 12 

  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 3/4 box of desiccated coconut, about 120g
  • 1 tablespoon of plain flour
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • Glace cherries, for the top

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Preheat oven to gas 4. Add all ingredients (apart from the cherries) in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Grease a baking sheet. Form the mixture into small mounds; arrange on tray. Cook for between 10-15 minutes or until light brown on the top.
  3. Press half a glace cherry on top while they cool.
