About this recipe: This creamy tuna mousse is easy to make and is great as a dip or starter. Enjoy with some fresh bread or crackers.

Serves: 2 

  • 110g (4 oz) evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 tin tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thick mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 sachet gelatine, dissolved in water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced cucumber, to garnish
  • chopped fresh parsley, to garnish

Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:1hr chilling  ›  Ready in:1hr15min 

  1. Beat the chilled evaporated milk until stiff and stir in all of the other ingredients, adding the gelatine last of all. Season well.
  2. Pour into a mould and chill in the fridge until set.
  3. To serve, garnish with cucumber and parsley.
