    About this recipe: Healthy and delicious shake made with date, runny honey and semi-skimmed milk. Makes enough for two cocktail glasses. Why not add some Vodka and turn it into a cocktail too.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 300ml semi-skimmed chilled milk
    • 6 dried, ready to eat dates, chopped
    • 1 heaped tabs runny honey

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. In a blender add the dates and blitz well.
    2. Add the honey and continue to blitz until the dates are quite fine.
    3. Add the milk and blend until thick and creamy.
    4. Strain through a tea strainer into a glass. You may need to discard the pulp as you go along.
