750g/1½lb Mixta - 70% minced Beef to 30% minced Pork or Beef Mince
1 clove Garlic - finely chopped
1 Spring Onion - finely chopped
4tbsp fresh Basil - finely chopped
2tbsp fresh flat leaf Parsley - finely chopped
Liberal Splashes Worcestershire Sauce - to taste
1 Egg Yolk - lightly beaten
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper

Apart from the Butter, mix all ingredients together, season to taste and form into hamburger shapes;
Melt butter in frying pan, add the hamburgers and cook on medium heat;
When sufficiently browned on one side, turn over and cook steadily until meat just cooked through with juices running freely and clearly.
If you want more healthy can grill or barbeque without using butter but in frying pan it feels more devilish.
