Paprika pork casserole

    Onions, celery and slices of pork fillet are seasoned with paprika and cooked in cream to make a rich and comforting casserole.

    Serves: 4 

    • 450g pork fillet, trimmed and sliced
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
    • 2 onions, sliced
    • 2 stalks celery, sliced
    • 250ml double cream

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Sprinkle flour, salt and paprika over sliced pork; toss to coat.
    3. Arrange sliced onions and celery in a casserole pot; top with seasoned pork.
    4. Pour cream on top; cover and bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
