About this recipe: This is an amazing dish and can be made with rice aswell as pasta.

Serves: 4 

  • 3 sweet peppers one of each colour looks nice
  • Philadelphia any flavor you like
  • chicken - i have used breasts and frozen for this dish they both work just as well
  • all pourpose seasoning
  • single cream small tub
  • pasta/rice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Season the chicken with salt pepper and season all, sear in a hot pan. Also put past/ rice onto boil.
  2. Cut sweet peppers.
  3. Pour single cream into a bowl and stir in some all purpose seanoning.
  4. Add half of the Philadelphia to chicken and allow to simmer.
  5. Add all the peppers and the seasoned cream to chicken leave to cook.( if sauce looks thin or needs a kick add more philadelphia and seasoning.
  6. Drain pasta and serve.
