This is a great wee recipe, I have made this a few times and it has gone down wel with friends and colleagues at my hubby's work, I use one orange juices and 125g of caster suger to make a drizzle, I once the loaf is out the oven, I make small cuts in it and pour drizzle over, it seems to make the cake more moist, 5 stars from me 😀😀  -  13 Aug 2015

Very easy recipe to make. The cake was cooked after 40 minutes and I make a drizzle for the top using the leftover juice from the orange and a tablespoon of caster sugar and everyone liked it!  -  14 Apr 2014
