About this recipe: These crepes are delicious and easy. A recipe for the whole family to enjoy. Fill with lemon and sugar or your favourite filling.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 110g (4 oz) plain flour
  • 450ml (16 fl oz) semi skimmed milk

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk well.
  2. Heat a crepe pan or frying pan over medium high heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter. Add a few tablespoons of batter to the hot pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion, allowing the batter to cover the bottom of the pan.
  3. Cook the crepe for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the edges are dry. Flip and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

Serving idea

I think it's best served with lemon juice and sugar.
