Ingredients
225g butter
225g brown sugar
250ml golden syrup
250ml single cream
Method Prep:5min › Cook:10min › Ready in:15min
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat; stir in sugar and golden syrup and bring to the boil.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes and then carefully stir in cream; refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
