crushed conflakes (as much depending on the amount of chicken)

Firstly crush up the conflakes in a big bowl until they're in tiny pieces (not too tiny, just so that they're crunchy)
Slice the Chicken Breast into strips and place them on a flat surface. Then put a bit of olive oil on a few trays (depending how much chicken you have)
Put the flour in a bowl or bag and dip some of the chicken strips into it, don't do them all at the same time do the maximum of 4 at a time. Until they're covered with flour keep smothering them.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk for 3 minutes until it's fully blended and swipe the 4 chicken strips into them until they're also covered with egg.
After that place the 4 chicken strips into the crushed cornflakes and shake them until they're covered too.
Squash the chicken onto the trays unless you have just a small amount of chicken. Don't let the chicken touch each other keep them spaced. Keep doing this progress until all the chicken pieces are done.
Set the oven to 190°c and put the trays in for 15 minutes turning them once at 7 minutes.
