Really easy casserole that's perfect for warming you up on a cold winter night. I make it with pork and tomato sausages for a bit of extra flavour, but you can use whatever your favourite sausages are.
There are loads of variations you can use to adapt this recipe. You can add mushrooms, herbs, chorizo or anything else you like. The chilli powder is optional, but gives it more of a kick!
