Delicious banana crunch

    This is an alternative to fruit salad for dessert. It tastes delicious, and is quick and easy to make. You can use 1 tablespoon of artificial sweetener instead of the sugar, if desired.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 2 tins of custard
    • 1 carton double cream
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 to 4 bananas
    • 1/2 a packet of plain hobnobs (biscuits)

    Method

    1. In a bowl combine the custard, cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Slice in the bananas and fold in.
    2. Whiz the biscuits in a food processor until they are crushed.
    3. Serve the mixture in bowls with a handful of biscuit crunch on top, and enjoy!
