    About this recipe: Bread made with organic white flour and rye flour with tomato and caraway seeds. A bread maker recipe but can be made by hand.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 loaf

    • 250ml warm water
    • 275g organic white breadmaking flour
    • 110g rye flour
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 115g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
    • 1 teaspoon dried baking yeast

    Method

    1. Add water then both types of flour to the breadmaker. Add sugar, salt, tomatoes, caraway seeds and oil. Finally, add the yeast.
    2. Set the breadmaker to the wholemeal bread setting. Press Start.
    3. Enjoy!

    Tip

    When I add the sugar, salt, yeast and oil I try to keep them separate, i.e. all in separate corners. This just tends to give better results.
