    About this recipe: This is a filling and simple recipe. The ingredients are cheap too. This can be used as a side dish or as a main. And it's very very yummy!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 5 medium potatoes, peeled
    • 1 jar of shop-bought red pesto (or green if you prefer)
    • 2 handfuls grated mozarella cheese

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Slice the potatoes with a medium thickness and boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly soft.
    2. Drain potatoes and put into a baking dish, cover with generous helping of pesto and top with mozzarella.
    3. Put in the oven on highest heat for 30 to 45 minutes, and serve.
