Pesto and bacon chicken breast

    A really yummy chicken breast recipe, with just four simple ingredients that are cheap and easy to find.

    • 4 skinless chicken breast fillets
    • 8 teaspoons shop-bought red pesto or home made
    • 4 handfuls grated mozzarella cheese
    • 1 pack streaky back bacon

    1. Cut the chicken breast open, but not in half. Stuff generously with mozzarella and add 2 teaspoons of pesto (or more for more juice), wrap securely with bacon. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    2. Put oven on highest heat and put the chicken in. Cook for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through.
    3. Serve and Enjoy!
