    About this recipe: This light, delicate smoothie is perfect for summer days. The Asian pear flavour really comes through but I'm sure any variety of pear would taste just as good.

    Serves: 2 

    • 5 ice cubes
    • 1 Asian pear, cored and cubed
    • 2 large strawberries, hulled
    • 165g vanilla fat free yoghurt
    • 60ml skimmed milk
    • 2 teaspoons sugar

    1. Place ice, cubes of pear, strawberries, yoghurt, milk and sugar in a blender; puree until smooth.
