Method Prep:20min › Extra time:1hr chilling › Ready in:1hr20min
Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a loose bottomed cake tin. Smooth down with the back of a spoon. Chill in the fridge till cool and set.
Combine the melted white chocolate with the plain cream cheese. Set aside.
Once the base is set, spread the chocolate cream cheese over the base. Top with the white chocolate cheese mixture. Place back in fridge and chill thoroughly before serving.
Just before serving, decorate the top with milk chocolate curls or grated chocolate.
I buy a good quality white chocolate with a hint of vanilla. I also melt it in microwave. But be careful when doing this as it can burn quickly. Chop the white chocolate and melt it using short 20 second intervals.
