About this recipe: I had never really made cheese cake before. I thought I'd try it. It was my daughter's birthday and everyone fought over the last slice. My son-in-law said I don't want any thing for my birthday just make me this cheesecake. I was well chuffed.
I buy a good quality white chocolate with a hint of vanilla. I also melt it in microwave. But be careful when doing this as it can burn quickly. Chop the white chocolate and melt it using short 20 second intervals.
