Serves 1 person, you can also add honey instead of sugar. And if you are vegan just make with a plant based milk like soya. You can also add a slice of banana to the side of the glass for decoration. Don't forget your straw!
Used 1 frozen and 1 fresh banana to get a thicker consistency. Didn't have any lemon yogurt, so I used vanilla Greek and added some lemon zest. The lemon-banana combo makes a good smoothie. - 06 Feb 2015
