Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, taking care not to get the water on the chocolate.
Once chocolate is melted, carefully keeping the chocolate over the hot water, take it over to the teacakes and put a small amount of melted chocolate on each teacake one at a time.
After putting a blob of chocolate on the top, put a sweet / marshmallow on the top and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
