Salmon flan

    A tasty salmon flan to feed 1 to 2 hungry people. It is easy and quick to make too! A delicious feed!

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 eggs
    • 150ml (1/4 pint) milk
    • salt and pepper
    • 225g (8 oz) salmon, flaked
    • 1 shallot, chopped
    • 1 cooked pastry case
    • cucumber and lemon slices (for decoration)

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5.
    2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    3. Fill pastry case with shallot and salmon.
    4. Pour on eggs and milk mixture.
    5. Bake for 40 minutes.
    6. Decorate with sliced cucumber and lemon.
