In a pan fry the frozen prawns in some vegetable oil as they are from the freezer, no need to thaw them. Give them a good stir. Cook 2 minutes.
Add curry powder and garlic and stir. Lower the heat so that the garlic doesn't burn.
In the meantime in a saucepan bring stock to the boil. Add the couscous and remove saucepan from the heat. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. You should have a timer and when the 5 minutes are done, fluff the couscous before you add it to the curry and prawn mixture.
Optional: chop some cherry tomatoes and sweet red pepper and mix them in the couscous for a fresher taste!
Goes nicely with soured cream that you mix with some salt and pepper and crushed garlic! Made the same thing with chicken cut in small pieces instead of the prawns and it was divine!
