1 teaspoon freshly garted root ginger
5 or 10g dried shrimp
1 diced tomato
150g oyster mushrooms
70g bean sprouts
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
10ml sesame oil

Heat a little oil in a hot wok, sauté the ginger and dried prawns until fragrant. Add the tomato and stir-fry until soft. Add water and bring to the boil.
Add the oyster mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and boil for a few minutes until cooked. Season with salt, sesame oil and serve.
