About this recipe: These brilliant biscuits will impress partys but are great for home too.


Serves: 10 

  • 4 oz/120 grams sugar
  • 4 oz/120 grams butter
  • 8 oz/240 grams flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons mini marshmallows
  • 7 halved glacè cheries
  • 3 eggs

  1. preheat the oven to gass mark 4,1/2. Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the one egg and a third of the flour. Repeat this prosses until no eggs remain.
  3. Add the cocoa powder,cherries and marshmallows. if desired, for crunch add meringues
  4. spoon the mixture onto a lightly greased baking tray, in your desired size and bake for 15-20 minuites
