Delicious coconut and chocolate ice cream

This delicious ice cream has a exotic coconut flavor with a hint of dark chocolate! You can add some vanilla essence, if you like. Happy eating :)

Ingredients
Makes: 750 ml ice cream
- 300ml (1/2 pt) coconut milk
- 300ml (1/2 pt) double cream
- 150ml (1/4 pt) milk
- 25g (1 oz) desiccated coconut
- dark chocolate, chopped
Method

Ready in:1hr10min
- Mix coconut milk, double cream, milk and desiccated coconut together in a bowl. Stir in chocolate. The amount is up to your preference.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker and mix and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Pour into a container and freeze for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
