If you would rather make a cake, double cooking time to 30 minutes. Also, if you don't have any cupcake cases, grease the cupcake tins with butter or margarine.

Amazing recipe! Tasted amazing, but instead of one tablespoon of coffee I used one and a half to make it stronger, also used 100g of each ingredient instead of 75g just to make each cupcake a bit bigger. Added coffee flavoured butter icing on top, with sliced bananas as a finish and went down a treat! 10/10 recipe, would recommend. - 27 Oct 2017
