- 900g (2 lbs) red skin potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- about 500ml ranch dressing

- Wash all potatoes, but do NOT peel the potatoes. Place them in a saucepan and cover with lightly salted water. Boil potatoes whole until soft.
- Drain water and combine dressing salt and whole potatoes in large bowl. Do not blend potatoes, simply mash leaving chunks.
