About this recipe: This is a favorite recipe around our house, that was inspired by a lack of milk and butter. Sometimes a lack can create something great!

Serves: 4 

  • 900g (2 lbs) red skin potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • about 500ml ranch dressing

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Wash all potatoes, but do NOT peel the potatoes. Place them in a saucepan and cover with lightly salted water. Boil potatoes whole until soft.
  2. Drain water and combine dressing salt and whole potatoes in large bowl. Do not blend potatoes, simply mash leaving chunks.
