Puff pastry nests with berry and cream

    Those are easy to make and very good! Use your favourite jam and serve the light treats with the afternoon tea.

    Serves: 8 

    • 375g puff pastry
    • 200ml double cream
    • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
    • 2 tablespoons blackcurrant jam

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:12min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:57min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Cut out cirles and rings from the puff pastry, like shown in the picture. Set a ring on top of each circle and place the nests on a baking tin.
    3. Bake for 12 - 15 mins or until golden brown.
    4. For filling beat the cream and mix it with the jams, then fill each nest of puff pastry.
    5. Allow to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
