Get a bowl or glass and put a dollop of cream at the bottom of it. Put a spoon of jam on top of the cream and spread it so it covers the cream. Put some of the crumbled up biscuit on the jam and add 2 scoops of ice-cream. Scatter a couple of Shreddies® on the ice-cream.
Repeat this method on top of whats already there. Add quite a bit of jam on top of the second lot of Shreddies®. Add lots of cream to the top of it and then add some grated chocolate.
Put in the fridge for 6 to 10 minutes depending on how cold and smudged you want it. Dish out and enjoy!
the good thing about this recipe is that you can make the portion as big or as small as you fancy. This is always good for children when they want a BIG or even small pudding!
