Preheat your oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
Rinse and chop the butternut squash into medium sized chunks or slices. You don't need to peel the squash. Place on a baking tin and drizzle with olive oil. Mix with the salt and spices. Try to cover evenly.
Place in the oven and roast for about 30 minutes, until tender. Delicious!
