These simple oat biscuits are great at any time of the year and perfect with afternoon tea or coffee. Vary these biscuits by adding raisins or desiccated coconut.
Vanilla sugar may not be available in your local shops. In a pinch, substitute one sachet vanilla sugar for 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
