40g sliced chorizo
1 splash barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish. Chop or press the garlic and rub over the chicken breasts. Layer chorizo slices over the top of each - I did one line down the centre but it's really to taste. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and crumble the feta cheese over the top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
