These brownies are amazing, big hit in the family. Really easy to make, brilliant to make with children.

Ingredients
Serves: 12
- 400g caster sugar
- 225g melted butter
- 60g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 225g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 60g chocolate chips (optional)

Ready in:35min
- Mix all ingredients in order given.
- Bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 20-25 minutes in a rectangular 23x33cm greased baking tin.
- Cool and slice into equal square portions.
