These pork and beef stuffed peppers are colourful, fun and very tasty. Serve with a salad, rice or steamed vegetables for a quick and easy meal.
Very strange recipe - appears to be far too much water/stock. Ended up with dish full of watery tomato stock. If I cook again I'll not add water to stuffing No quantities for herbs and spices. Next time I will be much more bold with flavouring. Onion still rather firm so I'll fry that off with the bacon - 21 Jul 2014
