    Serves: 10

    • 10 digestive biscuits
    • 400g milk chocolate
    • 1 pack of mini mallows
    • small handful of sultanas (optional)

    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:45min freezing  ›  Ready in:1hr

    1. Put the digestives in a small plastic bag (freezer bags are the best) and make sure it is sealed. Get a rolling pin and smash the bag until the biscuits are in crumbs. Add them to a mixing bowl.
    2. Melt the chocolate till completely melted (you can do this in the microwave in short 30-second bursts) and add to the crumbs. Add the marshmallows and dried fruit and mix till you can't see the biscuit any more.
    3. Lay out a decent sized sheet of foil and put all of the mixture on the the sheet. Spread evenly (we always say it looks a lot like a large cowpat!).
    4. Put in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or till set.
    5. Take out and break into bits and enjoy.

Any foil will do but Bakofoil is the best because it doesn't stick and it saves you the hassle when you take off the foil.
